James
is a graduate of Winfield High School. After graduation, James joined the
United States Army where he served on active duty in various capacities to
include infantry combat operations, transportation operations, and providing
security.
He is a highly decorated soldier with various awards and medals that include three Purple Hearts, two Bronze Stars (both with Valor), the Combat Infantry Badge, and the Combat Action Badge.James has served in two combat operations: Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom II.
In addition to his heroic record of military service, James also has impressive experience in the private sector.
He has served as a safety coordinator for Tyson Foods and was later promoted to safety director responsible for East Coast Deli Meat Manufacturing. James is currently a safety coordinator for Brown Electric Company. He is also still serving in the Army National Guard.
James resides in the Mason County town of New Haven, and is married to Heather {Tucker} originally from Spencer, and has six children.
